IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LEAD
STR Group Services are working with a leading Public Sector client based in Kensington and we are recruiting for an IT Business Solutions Lead on a 4 months contract, on a Full-Time basis. The position starts on the 10th June 2019 and finishes on 6th September 2019. This role is in scope of IR35 and is paying £400 per day as an Umbrella Worker.
Day to day responsibilities;
* Day-to-day relationship management with service & product owners & IT sponsors
* Manage and Lead a diverse, cross-functional team
* Opportunity Identification
* Detailed Requirements
* Solution Architecture
* Service Management, Support, and Reporting
* Budget management for the team and solutions in scope
In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following experience and skills;
* PMP/PMI/PRINCE 2/PMBOK or equivalent certification
* ITIL, SDLC or equivalent qualification
* Familiarity with IT systems management practices (e.g. ITIL, SDLC, etc.)
* Good understanding of network architecture, modern infrastructure capabilities, and security principles
* Experience managing 3rd party vendors and service providers to meet timelines and deliverable quality
Ideally, we are looking for the following desirable qualities, however these are not essential;
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline
* Product Management and / or Agile certification
* Experience in product management and development
* Knowledge and experience of working within GDS digital service and technology standards
