We are currently looking for a dedicated IT Assistant to join our operations in Saudi Arabia and provide support for end-user needs across various locations.
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Department: Information Technology
- Reporting To: Assistant IT Manager - Saudi Arabia
- Salary: 3,000 - 4,000 SAR
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, networks, CCTV systems, and other IT infrastructure across all locations in Saudi Arabia.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard enterprise applications.
- Monitor user backups and CCTV systems.
- Coordinate with the IT team at the Bahrain Head Office for centralized services, including firewalls, ERP, backups, and projects.
- Manage basic system administration tasks, including user account management and access rights.
- Conduct regular site visits to restaurants or other support locations for technical checks and assistance.
- Ensure timely logging, tracking, and resolution of support tickets.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
- Assist in setting up new systems, point-of-sale (POS) devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Support the implementation of IT security and compliance policies.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks and basic firewall/router management.
- Ability to work independently and travel within Saudi Arabia for on-site support.
