About the job
• Build and refine data models for Natural Capital projects, incorporating ecological data, crediting methodologies, and commercial assumptions to inform investment decisions.
• Support the aggregation of project models into portfolio-level forecasts, analyzing financial performance of the £300m+ portfolio.
• Track trends, pricing, and policy developments across carbon, biodiversity, nutrient, water, and soil markets to identify risks and new revenue opportunities.
• Prepare investor reports, pitch decks, and presentation materials to bring data to life.
• Provide research and insight to support due diligence, market analysis, and investment decision-making across the Natural Capital and impact investment space.
