• Students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, or recent graduates with 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Academic Background: Pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or any other with a strong analytical focus.

• High Achiever: Strong academic record and a proven track record of success.

• Great Communicator: Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English.

• Problem Solver: Proactive, creative, and passionate about finding innovative solutions

• Step 3. Technical Exercise: If shortlisted, you will be asked to complete a quantitative exercise in person at our offices in Bogotá.

• Step 4. Problem-Solving: You will have to solve a problem and present your ideas to our team.

• Step 5. Interview: If you are a finalist, you'll be invited to an online interview to discuss your experience and goals.

• Step 6. Final Offer: Congratulations! We'll extend a job offer and get you ready for your exciting onboarding process to start working together in January 2026
