The Role
We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to help shape how Lightricks communicates, connects, and celebrates as a global company.
You’ll lead our internal communications strategy: crafting stories, campaigns, and updates that keep everyone informed, aligned, and inspired across all Lightricks sites in Israel, the UK, and the US.
You’ll play a key role in empowering managers by ensuring they have the information, context, and tools to effectively communicate with their teams, helping messages and decisions flow clearly and consistently from the C-level to every employee.
This role is all about creating clarity and connection: making sure company priorities and initiatives are communicated effectively, while gathering and sharing stories, updates, and insights from across teams and locations.
Reporting to our VP operations, you will be working closely with the Executive Team, and HR as well as cross company with key stakeholders. You’ll strengthen company culture and ensure every employee feels connected to Lightricks’ mission, values, and goals.
What you will be doing
- Lead & evolve the internal comms strategy to keep teams informed & aligned.
- Create clear, engaging messages and campaigns around company priorities, updates, and culture.
- Empower managers by providing the context, messaging, and tools they need to effectively communicate with their teams.
- Aggregate information from across departments to provide visibility into company-wide initiatives and milestones.
- Manage all internal communication channels, tools, and platforms.
- Partner with leadership and site managers across Israel, the UK, and the US to strengthen global alignment.
- Translate complex topics into accessible, meaningful stories for all audiences.
- Collaborate with HR and Employer Brand teams to drive engagement and promote our culture worldwide.
- Support global PR and internal storytelling efforts that strengthen Lightricks’ identity as an innovative, people-first company.
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or public relations, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- B.A./B.S. in Communications, Marketing, PR, English, or related fields.
- Experience from a high-tech industry: Must, Hyper-growth company: an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- A natural storyteller who turns complex ideas into clear, inspiring messages.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to build trust and partnerships across teams and geographies.
- Deep understanding of company culture, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and cultural differences.
- Experience managing internal newsletters or employee engagement campaigns.
