Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm renowned for their culture and dedicated approach. Due to continued success, they are now seeking a skilled Internal Communications Manager to join their dedicated team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Internal Communications Manager will take on the following dynamic responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Communications to formulate and implement internal communications strategies.
Develop an internal communications plan encompassing announcements, updates, and critical messages, utilising diverse channels like email, intranet, newsletters, and meetings.
Create engaging internal communications content, including intranet articles, infographics, and videos, with a focus on writing, editing, and proofreading.
Lead the internal activation of marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication to engage and involve employees.
Manage internal staff communications, including email creation and distribution, as well as the development and oversight of the intranet.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skillset:
3+ years of experience in Communications within the Financial Services.
Has worked directly with senior stakeholders.
