Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the Mulesoft platform, including configurations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Design, monitor, and optimize APIs, ensuring best practices in security and governance.
  • Implement monitoring solutions and proactively manage system health and performance.
  • Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to support integration needs.
  • Document integration processes and maintain operational standards.
  • Support incident management and problem resolution related to integrations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform administration and development.
  • Advanced knowledge of APIs, API management, security best practices, and governance models.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and proactive platform health management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development and administration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
  • Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itau’s related policies and procedures.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Experience with .NET development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components, including networking, servers, cloud services, and security protocols.
