Implementation Delivery Lead
Location : Auckland

Description

The purpose of this role is to lead key initiatives across the wider Apex business. Reporting to the Head of Implementation, you will be instrumental in managing change across the organisation. Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation will be your responsibility, along with delivering initiatives on time, within budget and scope.

Job specification

  • Participating in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process

  • Participating in client strategy sessions

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and project management of initiatives across multiple teams and clients

  • Leading planning sessions

  • Developing scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Coordinating staff, internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve the flawless execution of all projects and initiatives within the agreed timeframes

  • Tracking project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for Head of TMO/ALT

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimise risks

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation from end to end

Skills Required:

  • 5 + years Project Management experience in a similar work environment

  • Experience within financial services, preferably in the wealth environment, with KiwiSaver being a bonus

  • Relevant project management certification, a relevant tertiary degree in commerce or IT (preferred, not essential)

  • Experience working with and/or managing a team of business analysts.
