Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT roles, including client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (Software Developers, Network Engineers, IT Consultants, etc.)

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative methods.

  • Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) to assess candidate skills and fit.

  • Manage candidate communication and expectations throughout the hiring process.

  • Coordinate with clients regarding candidate interviews, feedback, and offer details.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future IT openings.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new hiring practices in the IT sector.

Qualifications:
