Job Description

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinating with clients/hiring managers from screening applications as per the JD given to the payments
  • Documenting processes & applications on a daily basis and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Candidate negotiation and retention
  • Develop good relationships with clients
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or business administration is required
  • Minimum 1 year experience & familiarity with Human Resources Management or similar industry
  • A candidate must be passionate about targets 
  • Should have experience with data management
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Should have the ability to strong follow-up
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent Communication and writing skills
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Proficient in MS Office, Social Media and other platforms
