Role and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Retail you will have full responsibility for the People & Culture (HR) function
This will include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, employee retention, employee development, legal compliance and much more.
Direct & Develop the People & Culture (HR) function bringing ideas, initiatives and innovation to the table based on industry best practice and working with the values and principles of the business.
The role will require you to lead, inspire and coach our peers and colleagues on all things HR, support the implementation of HR driven technology and coordinate HR Projects.
You will be the key point of contact for BCC HR and will manage the employee cycle from start to finish.
Requirements
Ideally, you will be from a retail or hospitality background with at least 8 years’ experience working in a HR Management role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR and possess strong leadership and mentoring skills.
You will be flexible, adaptable, dynamic and be able to respond quickly to the changing needs of retail and the business. An excellent communicator passionate about people, their growth and development.
