The ideal candidate will lead critical functions including recruitment, payroll management, compliance, and health & safety initiatives across our organization. 📝 Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Administer payroll and ensure legal and regulatory compliance Oversee health, safety, and workplace welfare protocols Implement and update HR policies and procedures Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality Provide strategic support to department heads on HR planning Drive employee engagement and resolve workplace issues professionally Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations 🎓 Requirements: ✅ 2–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings ✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field ✅ Solid knowledge of payroll systems, compliance standards & HR practices ✅ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills ✅ Proactive approach to health, safety, and employee wellbeing
