We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at a prestigious luxury boutique hotel located in Limpopo.
Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience as a Duty Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Operations Management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and a passion for guest satisfaction
Sound knowledge of hotel operations and service standards in luxury hospitality
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional and timely .Effectively lead, motivate, and manage all staff to ensure high levels of performance and service.
Maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
Act as the General Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of leadership and operations.
Start Date: As soon as possible
