Opened in 2023, our elegant 86-bedroom residence offers residential and dementia care in a light, spacious environment that feels like home. Here, every detail matters, and we're looking for someone to ensure our residents and guests indulge in the finest hospitality.
About the Role
As Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations, overseeing a seamless blend of care and comfort. Reporting to the Home Manager, this hands-on leadership position focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards across housekeeping, reception, and guest services.
This is a 4 day week, working 0800 – 1800, with every other weekend off to relax a recharge. The rate of pay is £14.10 (salary equivalent £29,410).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of hospitality staff to uphold luxury standards in all daily operations.
- Deliver a high quality dining & hospitality experience across the home.
- Manage rotas, stock control, to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
- Champion resident feedback to continuously enhance the resident experience, fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, while promoting a culture of empathy and excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in hospitality supervision (e.g., hotels, restaurants, or care environments) with a flair for fine dining and customer service.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and handle high-volume operations with grace under pressure.
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality or equivalent
- A compassionate approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for the care sector – experience in luxury residential care is a bonus!
