- Is fully committed to inclusion, equality & diversity
- Is able to demonstrate the effectiveness of positive behaviour management on outcomes
- Has extensive classroom experience across more than one Key Stage
- Is driven and committed to securing continuous improvement and ensuring all children and adults feel valued
- Has a good understanding of compliance frameworks, assessment data and pupil progress
