We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader to head up a team of highly committed scientists.

Science is taught as a core subject at KS3 and KS4, with many students wishing to pursue the Separate Science (Triple Science) course at KS4. Science at KS5 is popular and Chemistry in particular, is traditionally one of the best performing A Level subjects at the school.
The Science Faculty comprises of 11 full time and 5 part time teaching staff, with the support of 4 technicians. The faculty is housed in a purpose built science block, opened in November 2014, with 11 dedicated laboratories. The faculty also has access to dedicated IT suites.
