Position Overview
Hebron Academy seeks an inspiring and strategic leader to serve as its next Head of School, beginning July 1, 2026. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Head of School serves as the institution’s chief executive and educational leader, overseeing academics, advancement, enrollment, operations, and community engagement.
The next Head will join Hebron at an exciting moment of opportunity, with renewed optimism, exceptional faculty, and strong community pride. Building upon Hebron’s deep roots and distinctive Maine identity, the Head of School will champion innovation in teaching and learning, strengthen systems that promote alignment and accountability, and lead efforts to enhance financial sustainability and philanthropic support.
