As our next Head of Finance, you will lead our financial operations and strategic planning as we scale. You'll be a key business partner to leadership while building finance operations that support our rapid growth.
Your Role
- Partner with CEO and leadership on strategy, fundraising, and growth challenges
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis with data-driven problem solving
- Build international payment infrastructure and manage global tax compliance
- Own financial operations, reporting, and controls that scale with growth
- Build and lead finance team while implementing modern systems and processes
- Support board reporting and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead a team of accounting clerks, ensuring their continued success and levelling-up
About You
- 6+ years finance/accounting experience
- CPA – Audit background
- High-growth SaaS or enterprise software background
- Experience with international payments, multi-country tax, and compliance
- Strong financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build teams and scale operations in fast-paced environments
- Venture-backed startup and board presentation experience preferred
