As we scale our profitable ecosystem of tools and services, we’re seeking a standout Head of Finance – Chile to help us take our operations in this market to the next level. In this position you will report directly to the Regional Finance Director and work closely with the General Manager of Chile.

We serve a wide range of retailers — from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands — across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia.

  1. Flexifleet: Freelancer Marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators.
  2. Fulfillment Optimizer: Modular Software to increase productivity in eCommerce picking, packing and delivery.

Who you are


You are an experienced and strategic finance leader passionate about driving financial performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

You bring deep knowledge of Chilean accounting standards (IFRS, SII), tax frameworks, and local financial regulations.

You combine strategic acumen with operational excellence, acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team and enabling informed business decisions through financial insight and rigor.


What you will do


Financial Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.


Accounting and Reporting

Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Chilean standards.

Deliver timely and transparent financial reports to local and regional management.

Supervise the preparation and filing of tax obligations with the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) and other authorities.


Financial Analysis and Decision Support

Analyze business performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.

Partner with business leaders to evaluate new projects and investments.


Compliance, Control, and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all local accounting, tax, and labor regulations.

Strengthen internal controls and implement sound financial policies.

Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.


The skills and experience you will bring


Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Postgraduate studies or MBA preferred.

Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.


Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of Chilean accounting standards and fiscal frameworks (SII, IFRS).

Proven experience leading finance teams and managing external service providers.

Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Experience in dynamic, fast-evolving organizations.

CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
