SF Executive have partnered with a private equity backed service business that are seeking a Head of Finance to support the CFO in managing the finance team and their day-to-day activities.
First and foremost, the Head of Finance must be a strong people manager. You will enjoy being in the detail with the team and have the ability to resolve queries and act as a shield allowing the CFO to focus on the business strategy. As the business grows, you will play a lead role in the integration of newly acquired businesses, defining the team structure and financial processes. You will also be a key part in aligning systems and assisting with the implementation of the new ERP.
The Head of Finance will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA, or equivalent). The role is being offered on a hybrid basis with a requirement to be in the office one/ two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business in the early stages of its PE journey and be a key contributor towards the destination.
