We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and ambitious Head of Department. We would like to hear from passionate, considerate and academically-minded individuals with the enthusiasm, energy and experience to lead our highly effective team and relate to, and support,young people.
Whilst the role would suit someone with leadership experience, we are also keen to attract applicants whose experience may not, as yet, cover all aspects of the role. We will provide tailored mentoring and training to support the development of skills needed at this level.
