Business and Economics are increasingly popular within the school, with high levels of attainment across the board. Central to our ethos, we believe studying these subjects gives students the necessary first-hand knowledge and skills to set themselves up for life.

• Passionate about delivering top quality teaching and learning experiences, grounded in real-world examples that will set our students up for tangible success when they leave us
• Dedicated to developing others – you'll be a hands-on coach and mentor both within and outside of your faculty
• Committed to forming strong working relationships with all colleagues, students and families – it takes a whole community to set school leavers up for success and you will play an integral role in this
• Enthusiastic and motivated to deliver a top-quality Business and Economics curriculum for years 10 – 13, setting stretching targets that build on strong prior attainment
• A true believer in the Oasis ethos, and that no matter individuals’ backgrounds, they have the power to have unlimited choices open to them later in life
