Mission: Use data, drive strategic initiatives, and implement processes to drive operational excellence within the APAC Sales & Marketing teams to improve the customer experience, accelerate growth, and increase profitability.
The Job:
Work closely with the APAC GM to execute well in two areas:
- Strategy: Lead planning and strategic initiatives that transform our business
- Operations: Build systems that reliably improve customer experience, accelerate growth, and increase profitability
Experience
- 3+ years in management consulting
- Top tier firms preferred (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, go-to-market / revenue / sales / marketing / customer success / service operations, product management, or product analytics
- Experience with B2B business models at tech companies
- Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategy
- Experience influencing C-level executives
- STEM degree (Engineering, Economics, Operations, Math) preferred
- MBA preferred
- Japanese OR Chinese fluency preferred
- Experience with hardware is a plus
