About the Role:

The Global Head of Product Partnerships and Business Development is a senior leader responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for the company. This hands-on leader will develop a scalable business development strategy, manage high-impact relationships, and work cross-functionally to leverage partnerships that align with the company’s expansion goals. This leader will have a direct impact on revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning, helping the company forge key relationships that drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development:

    • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships that align with TFH’s growth goals, product expansion, and revenue objectives.

    • Develop a partnership strategy that enhances market reach, accelerates product adoption, and strengthens competitive advantage.

    • Build and cultivate high-impact relationships with key partners, including technology providers, channel partners, resellers, and alliances.

  • Business Development and Revenue Growth:

    • Drive business development efforts to expand the company’s market presence, revenue streams, and customer base.

    • Explore and lead new business initiatives and vertical expansions, identifying opportunities for diversification and innovation.

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize revenue generation through partnership-driven channels.

  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment:

    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging players that can be potential partners.

    • Evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, potential revenue, and alignment with the company’s value proposition and long-term goals.

    • Develop business cases and proposals for new partnerships, working closely with finance and product teams to evaluate ROI and resource requirements.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Lead contract negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.

    • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial engagement and agreement through to implementation and ongoing relationship management.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact and execution driver for all partnerships, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.

  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing partnerships and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.

    • Set team KPIs, performance metrics, and goals that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in a hyper-growth tech startup or SaaS environment preferred.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and scaling partnerships that drive revenue and growth; strong network within the tech industry.

  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills; proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and business intelligence platforms.
