Head of Business Development Location: Office-based: Knightsbridge, London. Type: Full-Time, Permanent. An exciting opportunity for a new logo hunter with a prominent international luxury interior design practice based in London (Knightsbridge). This role is ideal for someone excited to develop new and existing relationships with elite and high net worth clients, these may be private clients, developer, suites and hotels for example. This individual will be selling a range of service lines inclusive but not exclusive to turn-key and bespoke projects, interior design and architecture, FF&E and procurement. Our client has developed a blue chip reputation and a 30+ year track record of excellence, with over 1000 projects worldwide. They have achieved their success to date through both a client experience led approach and a refined aesthetic focused on conscious elegance combined with exquisite craftsmanship and finishes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage international new business opportunities within the luxury/super-prime sector to expand company reach and revenue streams.Plan and lead business development trips and roadshows, representing the organisation and coordinating client meetings/networking sessions.Develop, implement, and oversee robust CRM systems and processes to ensure effective client tracking and relationship management.Lead deal processes including strategic planning, opportunity sourcing, financial analysis, and client negotiations across private residential and commercial development sectors.Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.Manage internal and external business relationships across teams and stakeholders to support strategic goals.Oversee and prioritise a pipeline of opportunities using data-driven insights and client analytics.Attend key industry events, acting as a representative and ambassador for the organisation.
