Position: Head of Asset Management

We are partnering with a leading property developer with a strong track record and a significant portfolio of high-quality commercial properties in Hong Kong. They are committed to excellence in asset management, delivering superior returns, and creating sustainable value. This is a critical leadership role focused on maximizing the value and performance of extensive commercial property portfolio in Hong Kong, spanning prime Retail and Office assets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset enhancement initiatives (AEI), repositioning strategies, and long-term business plans to maximize portfolio value and generate stable, superior returns.
- Drive budgeting, financial forecasting, performance analysis, and optimization of net operating income (NOI) and capital expenditure (CapEx).
- Work closely with the Leasing team to formulate and execute effective leasing strategies, market positioning, tenant mix optimization, and rental negotiations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Property Management, Project Management, Finance, Legal) and external partners (e.g., consultants, agents).
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to identify opportunities and risks impacting the portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 14-15 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or a related field
- Professional member of HKIS /RICS is preferred
- Strong communication, business sense and interpersonal skills
- Good Command in English & Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as AGM level
