ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hardware designing for new PCBs
- Hardware Revise for enhancements, modifications, rectifications in existing products
- Product training to R & D, production, marketing, servicing and support team.
- Making HLD, SRS, Placement, Schematic, BOM, Review sheet, PCB details, hardware test reports/cases, connection details, product manuals, firmware version change & essential documents for PCB designing & Production release as per ISO standards
- Interaction with PCB Desiners, schematic, placement, packages & artwork, PCB legent review, Netlist verification.
- Interaction with PCB manufactures & M/c soldering vendors.
- Interaction with component-vendors for checking availability, datasheets & purchasing of sample components.
- Cabinet development along with cabinet vendor & maintain design doc.
- Procurement of material for new proto type PCB jobs/ PCB Samples assembling & for 1st production batch. Handover to production.
- Client-Customized hardware assembling & firmware testing.
- Support to Client, Production, Support, Software, and R & D team for hardware issues and possible solutions.
- Item code generation / RM BOM in Excel & ERP along with summary
- Production change Note .
- Following ISO process documents & maintain Product File
- Guidance to R&D, production, servicing team regarding hardware changes/features.
- Interacting with software, sales-support regarding new development in software/Firmware/hardware.
- Comply with any other Activity / Responsibility / etc. as deemed fit by the management.
