About the job

Hasura’s Digital Marketing team is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive awareness and conversion of Hasura’s PromptQL. This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our key digital channels. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A strong understanding of B2B marketing principles
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Expertise in a wide range of digital marketing channels

What the role will involve:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search, display, and paid social media campaigns that align with overall marketing and sales goals
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, pipeline, and overall spend
  • Provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team based on campaign performance data and customer behavior
  • Define and segment B2B audience groups based on company size, industry, job title, interests, and behavior to ensure precision targeting
  • Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools to target high-value accounts and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonate with our audience
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI
  • Regularly track and adjust budget allocation based on performance data and changing business needs

What’s required:

  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably 2+ years in paid search
  • Strong expertise in paid search marketing, paid social media marketing, programmatic display, content syndication, and appointment setting
  • Proven track record of successfully executing lead generation campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI landscape and experience with AI tools within their workflow and has seen measurable results

What’s nice to have:

  • Experience marketing to developers or other highly technical audiences
  • Experience with AI Agents and Agentic solutions
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment where AI plays a central role in scaling growth initiatives

Compensation:

  • The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000-$150,000 (base salary) plus ESOPs.
