The team you'll be joining and impact you'll have
You'll be the technical force behind our inbound and outbound growth engine, working directly with marketing leadership and sales teams to drive measurable revenue impact
Own the overall inbound pipegen number, and collaboratively set your commission target based on attainment
Define and own improvement of conversion metrics that directly influence V7's market expansion
Bridge the gap between marketing, BDRs, and product teams, using your technical skills to automate processes and multiply team effectiveness

What you'll be doing from day one:
Own and optimize our entire inbound lead generation funnel, continuously testing and iterating to drive consistent growth and conversion improvements
Supercharge our BDR team's output by building automation scripts, refining lead lists, and improving messaging—with a target of 20%+ efficiency gains
Work closely with our Growth Hacker tonight design and execute data-driven growth experiments
Build and maintain the growth tech stack—from CRM integrations to custom automation tools—that scales our marketing and sales efforts without scaling headcount
Who you are
You've owned inbound metrics in a high-growth SaaS company and know how to turn data into decisions that drive revenue
You're technically fluent—comfortable writing automation scripts, working with APIs, and building tools that make marketing and sales teams 10x more effective
You thrive in startup environments and have a genuine curiosity about AI, staying on top of the latest growth tactics and technologies
You're a creative problem-solver with bias for action, excellent at influencing cross-functional teams, and ideally have a background in computer science or engineering
