The Role


We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in visual, web, and product design to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment—comfortable wearing multiple hats, adapting quickly, and bringing creative ideas to life across different touchpoints.

In this role, you’ll design a wide range of assets—from marketing collateral and landing pages to in-product visuals and brand materials—that clearly communicate Unifize’s story, offerings, and value to diverse audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product, and web to develop cohesive, high-impact designs that strengthen our brand and user experience.

This position is based in Bangalore, and we’re looking for someone currently in the city or open to relocating.

Responsibilities

1. Visual Storytelling & Design Execution

  • Create visually compelling designs that improve and support content across multiple formats including, but not limited to, whitepapers, case studies, product guides, infographics, presentations, videos, social posts, and landing pages.
  • Translate complex product or technical concepts into clear, intuitive visuals that improve comprehension and engagement.

2. Brand Consistency & Visual Identity

  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency channels.
  • Continuously refine and evolve the visual language to reflect the brand’s innovation and tone.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize and produce visual assets that support campaigns and storytelling goals.
  • Partner with content writers to co-develop strong narrative + visual combinations that drive impact.

4. Campaign & Digital Asset Creation

  • Design graphics and layouts for email campaigns, paid ads, social media, and web experiences that align with campaign objectives.
  • Work with web designers/developers to ensure visual assets are optimized for performance and accessibility.

5. Creative Ideation & Problem Solving

  • Contribute design ideas during campaign and content planning sessions.
  • Find creative ways to visually communicate complex, regulated, or technical ideas without losing clarity or compliance.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on design trends, digital formats, and tools to improve visual storytelling.
  • Test and optimize creative assets based on engagement and performance insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design for content-heavy and technical topics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of layout, typography, and data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with digital formats, web optimization, and motion graphics is a plus.
