*Skills & Qualifications:*
- *Proven expertise in Figma* with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs (portfolio submission is mandatory).
- Proficient in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centric design methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
*Preferred Skills (Optional):*
- Knowledge of motion design and basic prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with design handoff processes to developers.
- Experience in user research and data-driven design.
