As a Graphic Design Intern with the Talent Acquisition team, you will help create compelling visual content that showcases our internship program and partnerships. You'll design engaging graphics, capture photos and videos, and create content that will be posted to our social media pages.

- Design graphics for the internship program for both internal and external distribution
- Record video content and take photos of internship program events and partnership channel events
- Edit and create engaging video content for our internship program and partnerships channel
- Create shareable content for Talent Acquisition team members to use across platforms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
About you
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in graphic design or social media content creation
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and/or photography skills
- Experience with social media management and analytics
- Knowledge of current design trends and social media best practices
- Familiarity with brand development and consistency
