Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our Production Department. As a fresher, you will gain practical experience and contribute to our production processes, ensuring efficient manufacturing of steel furniture products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all production activities.
- Identify potential issues in the production line and propose solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and tools.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in steel or metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
