Online application forms are invited from the eligible candidates for the tenure post of Registrar under Government Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024 in the below-mentioned discipline of this College for a period of one (1) year in the first instance, but extendable on a year-to-year basis up to a maximum of three (3) years, subject to satisfactory work and conduct certificate from the concerned HOD. - The selection will be made as per Government Order No. 382-JK(HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024 & No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024.
- The requisite fee for Registrar Post is Rs. 700/-
Conditions and Eligibility:
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason.
- The online forms shall be accepted provisionally, subject to verification.
- In-service doctors shall participate only with prior permission from the Administrative Department as per Govt. Order No. 164-ME of 2012 dated 02.03.2012, followed by 474-HME of 2014 dated 11-08-2014 & Circular No. 58-JK(HME) of 2022 dated 18-11-2022.
- The term of engagement shall be as per Govt. Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024 โ maximum tenure of three (3) years, with no extension beyond this period.
- Candidates applying in terms of the above order must produce the MDS Degree/Provisional Certificate and valid MDS Dental Council Registration within 21 days from the date of issuance of the selection list.
- Candidates must upload an undertaking duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate stating that they have appeared in the PG final examination and will submit proof within 21 days; failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.
- Applicants should have completed BDS/MDS from an institution recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
- Candidates who have already completed or are working as Registrar/Tutor/Demonstrator/Sr. Resident in any DCI-approved institution are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants who have previously been appointed but did not complete their tenure shall not be considered.
- Any false declaration or suppression of material information will result in cancellation of selection and disciplinary action.
- Candidates must upload an undertaking confirming compliance with all above conditions; any deviation will render their candidature void.
- Candidates shall abide by all instructions issued by the Administrative Department and the Dental Council of India.
- Selected candidates must execute an agreement not to leave the Department before completing six months of tenure. Termination after six months requires one-month prior notice; otherwise, one monthโs salary will be withheld.
- The online application form must include all required enclosures.
- The date for written examination of Registrar shall be notified separately and available on the official website.
