Description:

(This is an Internship position)** You'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, exceed performance targets, and be part of a high-talented team with an ambitious mission. Help us ensure customer satisfaction while actively participating in defining our product to solve their needs.

You will:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take steps to address any negative feedback or concerns
  • Have an input and be involved in the product definition process to solve customer needs
  • Support day-to-day business operations, managing client relationships and handling customer inquiries.
  • Stay updated on the company's products, services to provide accurate and complete customer service
  • Exceed performance targets, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Be part of a high talented team with an ambitious mission
  • The ability to grow internally

You have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (+ fluency in Italian is a plus)
  • Young professional or recently graduated;
  • Ready to engage yourself 100% in this adventure;
  • Ability to solve problems and make quick and effective decisions
  • You are a team player who inspires trust, are ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude;
