As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will analyze performance of marketing campaigns, build and manage reports and dashboards, that allow the marketing and sales teams to quickly understand what was and will be delivered by marketing activities.
This role is a 50/50 split between the enterprise-level, global marketing department and the North America marketing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing Data Management
Prep, ingest, cleanse and maintain data in the data warehouse for efficient delivery to PowerBI.
Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for improving current analytics and reporting systems.
Maintain marketing campaign tracking best practices in CRM, MA, website and digital marketing.
Participate in marketing technology initiatives involving data strategy and application.
Dashboards & Reporting
Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that lead to increased conversions, leads and opportunities, for example:
Dashboards for measuring and analyzing marketing results against targets & previous achievements to drive accountability and highest ROI.
Multi-attribution, full funnel marketing campaign dashboards, that provide a 360 degree view of the impact of marketing campaigns: from net new to referrals, revenue/margin analysis, campaign ROI calculation etc.
Performance visualizations at the asset and activity/program level, as well as holistic performance across channels to help teams make informed, data driven decisions
Insights into marketing impact on pipeline & revenue (both generated and influenced), brand awareness, and more
Create ad-hoc reports, dashboards and queries to provide insights to team members across the global marketing organization.
Ensure accuracy of reports and dashboards through quality assurance.
Advanced Analytics
Partner with global marketing teams to craft a vision and roadmap to implement advanced analytics.
Apply advanced analytic techniques such as machine learning, data mining and statistical modeling to design and implement mathematical models and algorithms to solve real-world marketing problems.
