Job Summary: Mystic Valley Athletics seeks an experienced Varsity Volleyball Head Coach for the 2024 season. A strong candidate would bring high school level / college level playing or coaching experience, leadership and communication skills, and a positive and energetic attitude daily. Responsibilities: · Plan and schedule a regular practice program ·
- Develop workout and training regiments, oversee program development
- Manage travel logistics – works with AD
- Equipment / Uniform Inventories · Support and adhere to School Policies
- Perform additional coaching duties as necessary
- Score Reports – Postgame using direct link Requirements: · Available for early game day departures
- Must take NFHS COVID-19 Coaches Certification Course (within year 2)
- Must take NFHS Concussion Certification Course (within year 1)
- Must become CPR / First Aid Certified (within yea 1)
- Understanding of Mystic Valley’s Mission & Philosophy in support to student-athlete success:
- Past playing experience (college / high school)· Coaching experience at the high school or higher level The position will be evaluated yearly and will be an annual appointment.
