Full-time Teacher
About the job
Huntingdon First Baptist Church WEE Care Ministry is looking for a teacher in our preschool classes. Monday through Friday 8 hours per day. A basic love for children and a commitment to teaching are essential. Physical stamina to keep up with active children is a must.
Duties
You will help provide and maintain a Christian environment in which the children may grow physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, and spiritually. You will give each child the attention needed to assure his best welfare (This relates to eating, toileting, sleeping, and playing). You will work with other teachers to ensure a clean and orderly room.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications: a high school diploma or GED.
Additional education and/or experience in the childcare field is desirable.
