We're developing AI Agent for financial AML compliance teams.


We’re helping Fortune 500 banks, FinTechs, and Financial Institutions, automate extremely manual onboarding and transaction monitoring queues. Last month alone, we helped save our clients over $6.3M in labor hours with our AI agents.


We’re growing fast and looking to bring on our 1st non-engineering hire here at Axle. As our first Account Executive, you’ll work directly with the founders to identify, close, and grow strategic accounts across fintechs, crypto companies, Fortune 500s, banks/neobanks, and other FIs.


You’ll be heavily involved in product, have the opportunity to work directly with our customers, and be part of a small but extremely talented team.


This is your chance to join us at the ground floor and help close multimillion-dollar enterprise deals as we scale toward $XXM+ in ARR.


Why are we tackling this problem?


Investigation teams conduct tens of thousands of investigations on a yearly basis – these are very manual processes for all financial institutions. Customers find themselves waiting in queues for extended periods, often stretching into days or even weeks, while their investigations are being addressed. This results in a loss of customer interest, and they often opt for alternative services, causing revenue loss for companies.


Compliance teams often find themselves trailing behind growth-related initiatives while bearing the responsibility of ensuring the company's continued fitness for operation.


We have the potential to reduce the number of investigators at these firms, resulting in potential cost savings exceeding $1 billion annually.

What You’ll Do


  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing large accounts.
  • Work closely with the founders to craft our go-to-market strategy, sales materials, and pricing models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to shape customer feedback into product direction.
  • Educate prospects on the power of high-quality AI agents within the AML compliance workforce.
  • Create scalable sales processes and lay the foundation for a world-class revenue team.


What We're Looking For


  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (compliance software/selling to banks/fintech solutions) - enterprise sales experience is a huge plus.
  • Understand AML/KYC compliance workflows, pain points/needs.
  • Previous Startup (at a top startup) Enterprise Sales experience is a MUST have.
  • A track record of closing large enterprise or Fortune 500 deals and six-figure ACVs.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - you make technical products feel magical.
  • A builder’s mindset: you enjoy crafting processes, figuring things out, and navigating ambiguity.
  • Hunger and drive to win, with deep empathy for customers and a collaborative spirit.
  • Comfortable working in person in our SF office - this is a hands-on, high-agency role.
  • Somebody that's been using AI tools in their day/day to automate a lot of the busy work that they are doing.
