Your Role

Join a fast-moving AI startup in Zürich as a Founder’s Associate — a high-responsibility, hands-on role working directly with the founders. You’ll be a generalist problem-solver, helping us scale product, sales, and operations while getting an inside view of company-building.

What you’ll do

Drive go-to-market projects and help bring our software to customers
Research, apply for, and secure grants and other non-dilutive funding
Run market research and deep dives to guide product and strategy
Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new hires
Jump into whatever challenge moves the company forward

This role is for you if

You have a semi-technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
Strong Excel/Slide skills
You thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments and like solving diverse problems
You’re curious about startups, AI, and how companies are built
You take ownership, execute with urgency, and care deeply about results
