About the role
We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to help use drive high-impact projects across operations, strategy, and execution. This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role for someone who is hungry to learn, thrives in ambiguity, and gets things done. If you’re excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup , this is an opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to building and scaling a company.
Responsibilities

Execute fast —take ownership of key projects and drive them from idea to execution with minimal oversight.

Optimize operations —streamline internal processes, manage projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Leverage AI and automation —use the latest AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making.

Support the founders wherever needed —prepare presentations, conduct research, and ensure meetings are well-structured with clear action items.

Manage cross-functional coordination —work across teams to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.

Handle tactical execution —from operational tasks to strategic initiatives, roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

Adapt quickly and solve problems —navigate uncertainty, figure things out on the fly, and always find a way forward.
Qualifications

BS or MS in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in startups, operations, consulting, or project management (or a strong track record of executing ambitious projects).

Proven ability to get things done —fast, efficiently, and with attention to detail.

Strong familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows —you're constantly looking to find a smarter way to getting things done and you are comfortable coding or using AI code generators

Analytical mindset —experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and decision-making based on metrics.

Strong operational skills —organized, process-oriented, and excellent at keeping things on track.
