As the hotel expands with new restaurants, bars, and beach concepts, we seek a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to elevate our culinary and service standards to international levels.
Position SummaryThe Food & Beverage Manager will lead all aspects of the hotel’s dining and beverage operations — including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and event catering. This individual must be entrepreneurial, hands-on, and experienced in opening, managing, and growing profitable F&B outlets.
We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire the team, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction while achieving strong financial results.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all F&B operations (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and events).
- Develop and execute profitable restaurant concepts and seasonal promotions.
- Lead the opening of new outlets — from design input to menu creation and staffing.
- Manage P&L performance, budgeting, cost control, and inventory.
- Ensure top-tier service quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent excellence.
- Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams to position outlets competitively.
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective purchasing.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve experiences.
- Support event catering and conference operations with creative food concepts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role within a 4–5-star hotel or resort.
- Proven record of launching and managing successful restaurant or bar concepts.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to achieve profitability targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative approach to hospitality.
- Fluent in English and Albanian (knowledge of Montenegrin/Serbian or other European languages is a plus).
