Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable journey. Maintain a high standard of safety and security on board the aircraft in accordance with all regulations. Work collaboratively with the cabin crew and flight deck team to ensure smooth and efficient in-flight operations. Demonstrate a professional demeanor and a 'can-do' attitude while interacting with the public. Candidate Requirements Must possess the legal entitlement to work on an unrestricted basis across the European Union. A background in a customer service-oriented role (e.g., hospitality, retail) is highly advantageous. Height must be between 157 cm (approximately 5'2") and 188 cm (approximately 6'2"). The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is a mandatory requirement. Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. A hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature, with a willingness to work a rotating shift roster. An outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
