Fleet Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Operation Manager to join our growing team in Jamshedpur. This is a crucial role requiring a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a dedication to safe and efficient operations. Are you ready to lead and optimize our fleet's performance?

Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to contracted drivers on maximizing earnings and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for resolving driver issues during transit, guiding drivers on optimal routes, and overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our entire fleet. You will play a key role in ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and profitably.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet operations, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required. Experience with route optimization software is a plus.
