The Role: FP&A Accountant / Business Analyst.

As the link between finance and operations, you’ll help the business make sense of performance metrics, cost drivers, and forecasting models—all while building a career in the exciting, high-growth world of BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyzing operational costs, revenue performance, and KPIs
• Building and maintaining financial models and dashboards
• Partnering with business units to provide data-driven insights
• Presenting monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management
• Supporting the development of strategic cost-saving initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ CA(SA) – Recently qualified or up to 1 year post-articles
• ✅ Strong academic background – Transcripts required
• ✅ High attention to detail with strong Excel and analytical skills
• ✅ Excellent communicator with strong business acumen

Salary:
💰 R 660 000 CTC per annum
