Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our financial structuring and funding strategies within Vantem’s real estate arm. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, financial structuring, funding strategies, and data analysis to drive informed investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and the ability to analyze complex financial scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, project feasibility, and funding scenarios. Conduct thorough analyses, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning. Interpret and present findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Structuring: Recommend financial structures and funding strategies to optimize capital for real estate projects. Collaborate with finance and development teams to assess financing options.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze economic trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities. Provide insights to inform financial strategies and validate assumptions in financial models.
- Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management and business development, to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics and funding strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements related to real estate financing and investments.
- Active Involvement in Closings: Play an active role in the closing process by finalizing financial arrangements and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (preferred)
