Finance Officer

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Officer to strengthen our Finance team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and takes pride in turning numbers into meaningful insights that help shape our future.

Note: This role is a part time position (0,6 FTE / 3 days a week).



What You Will Be Doing

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit Finance team that keeps our fast-growing company running smoothly. No two days are the same — some days you’ll dive deep into numbers, others you’ll help colleagues solve practical issues.

Here’s what your role will look like:

• Processing invoices from vendors and service providers
• Managing the finance inbox
• Reconciling bank transactions and prepare payment runs
• Handling employee reimbursements and expense reports
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Keeping our accounting systems and records accurate and organised
• Efficiently resolving invoice or payment issues before escalation
• Assist with other administrative or ad hoc tasks to help the team and company operate efficiently

Your profile

• A degree (MBO/HBO) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• A strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 2–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (experience in an international or scale-up environment is a plus)
• Working knowledge of financial processes
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Dutch is a plus)
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support a small but growing finance team
• A proactive attitude

The following working experiences are a plus;

• Experience with ERP software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles

• Salary in accordance with the CAO Metaal en Techniek (CLA Metal and Technology)*;
• Travel allowance of €0,23 per kilometer travelled, regardless of your mode of transportation;
