Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s goals, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making and improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws relevant to the IT industry.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and the company’s investment portfolio to optimize liquidity and capital allocation.
• Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Lead financial audits and work closely with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for IT projects, investments, and acquisitions to support decision-making and improve ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the IT industry or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulatory compliance in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
