About the job

We are in search of an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial management to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of finance and accounting.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; master's degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in the professional services industry or a similar environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing financial operations, including cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Commitment to integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in financial reporting and management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary: as per experience

Schedule:

  • 9:00 A.M to 5:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday
