Finance Manager

IFG US is partnering with a high growth service company looking for a Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate is one that comes with 5+ years of progressive Finance experience within a service based / project based company that has three statement modeling experience with financial systems experience.

Compensation is $130,000 - $140,000 plus bonus. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans in partnership with business leaders and executive management.

• Support alignment between operational and financial goals through effective collaboration and communication.

• Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports that summarize business performance for senior leadership and the board.

• Analyze financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers compared to prior periods and forecasts.

• Partner with corporate departments and leadership to produce detailed variance analyses and ensure accuracy in reporting.

• Support senior finance leadership in building and maintaining financial models for strategic initiatives, scenario planning, mergers and acquisitions, and long-range forecasting.

• Serve as the administrator for financial consolidation and reporting software used for actuals, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Collaborate with newly acquired entities to integrate their financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency with the organization’s financial structure.

• Provide analytical and reporting support to senior finance leadership on special projects, strategic decisions, and emerging business needs. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
• 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
• Proficient in financial systems such as Planful and Oracle
